The content on the Sunday Memo website, including, without limitation, text, graphics, photos, interactive features, PDF documentation, Google sheets, mock ups and the like (collectively, “Sunday Memo Content”), as well as the Sunday Memo word mark (logo) and any other material on the site that constitutes trademarks are owned by or licensed to Sunday Memo and are subject to copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights under Australian and international laws.

You may not modify any of the materials and you may not copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information or artwork contained on this website, unless written permission has been granted. Any breach of copyright will be pursued.

We reserve the right to reproduce any part of any work that is created and produced by Sunday Memo for marketing purposes. Unless strictly instructed otherwise by a customer prior to enlisting our services. Sunday Memo reserves the right to use any design created for a customer as samples and can photograph these designs for advertising in print, online directories, across social media and throughout the website.

You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify the Sunday Memo logo or trading names in anyway. The use of the Sunday Memo logo on any other website is prohibited without our express written consent. If sharing content from the website, Sunday Memo must be credited with our full name and website link (Sunday Memo, www.sundaymemo.com). If you have not being granted the rights via written permission to use any of the “Sunday Memo Content” as listed above, including but not limited to artwork, graphics, text or imagery, they must not be used.
